Stone Fruit White Wine Spritzer is an easy summer cocktail made with just white wine and tonic water, and dressed up with sliced peaches and rainier cherries!




  1. In two wine glasses, add the ice cubes, peaches and cherries. Pour equal amounts of the wine into each glass and top off with tonic water. Stir and enjoy!


  1. For the most refreshing cocktail, use lots of ice and make sure your wine and tonic water are cold.
  2. I used Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic Water, but you can substitute another brand of tonic water, or use club soda, sparkling water or soda. You can also use kombucha for added flavour and sweetness.
  3. If you like your spritzers sweeter, you can use a riesling or moscato wine.
  4. If you don’t have peaches, nectarines will work. And if you can’t find rainier cherries, sweet cherries are a perfect substitute.
  5. Once cut, cherries tend to darken a bit, so if you are preparing the fruit for these cocktails in advance, wait to cut the cherries or use them whole.
  6. You can prepare these spritzers in single servings, or mix a large batch in a pitcher. Just use the ratio of three parts wine and one part tonic water.
  7. Leftovers will go flat, so if you don’t think you will get through an entire pitcher, it’s best to make single servings.
