Grease a 7-inch round pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, salt and pepper.
Place the bacon, spinach, red pepper, cheese and green onion in the bottom of the prepared pan.
Pour the egg mixture over top. Use a fork, if necessary, to move the fillings around to make sure they're spread out evenly.
Carefully place the pan in the air fryer basket and air fry at 280F for 21-24 minutes, or until the frittata is golden brown on top and the egg mixture is set in the middle.
Use oven mitts to carefully remove the pan from the basket. Let cool for a few minutes. The frittata will set up more and pull away from the sides of the pan, making it easier to slice and remove pieces.
Notes
Use a pan that fits your air fryer. I used a 7-inch round cake pan that fits perfectly in a 5.8 quart air fryer. If you use a smaller pan, your frittata will be thicker and will take longer to cook.
I don't recommend covering the frittata with foil as this will block the flow of air that helps the frittata cook and brown on top.
As air fryers can differ, you may need to adjust the temperature and air frying time slightly for your brand or model.
