Instructions
Add the cashews and hot water to a glass dish and let soak for 30 minutes.
Drain the cashews and add to a high-powered blender or food processor with the remaining ingredients. (I use my small smoothie cup blender).
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Store in an airtight container and enjoy within 4-5 days.
