Description
If you enjoy roasted radishes, you’ll love these Air Fryer Radishes as a quick and easy side dish! They’re seasoned with just salt, garlic powder, onion powder and oregano, and take only 20 minutes from start to finish.
Ingredients
- 1 pound (454g) radishes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Chopped fresh parsley, optional garnish
Instructions
- Wash and trim the radishes, scrubbing off any dirt and cutting off any dark spots. Pat dry with a paper towel.
- Slice the radishes in half, or quarter them if large.
- Place the radishes in a large bowl and toss with the oil and seasonings until well combined.
- Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket and air fry at 400F for 10-12 minutes, or until fork tender. (Shake the basket at the midway point to rotate the radishes around so they cook evenly).
- Top with chopped fresh parsley and serve.
Notes
- I prefer not to overlap the radishes so they air fry evenly and crisp up instead of steam. If you have a smaller air fryer, you should air fry the radishes in two batches.
- The radishes will be fork tender and crisp after 10-12 minutes. If you prefer them softer or they still taste peppery, just air fry them for a few minutes longer.
